The rules of the farm

1. Who runs the farm

These terms govern your use of pumpkinrowfarm.com ("Pumpkin Row Farm", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of pumpkinrowfarm.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come through the gate

Pumpkin Row Farm is for users aged 19 or over and nobody younger. Using it means you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Farm coins are virtual

• Every game runs on virtual coins that we supply at no charge.
• Coins carry no monetary value and are not money, credit or property of any kind.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the app has no in-app purchases.
• No prize of any real-world value is on offer at the farm.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by us whenever needed.

4. The farm runs no real-money gambling

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted on Pumpkin Row Farm, and the site never links to gambling operators.

5. Your farm account

• Cornstalk Ramble and Orchard Cider Run need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is yours alone. If anyone else gets into your account, tell us straight away.
• Your account page lets you delete the account whenever you like; deletion takes effect at once and cannot be reversed.
• An account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to a person under 19, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions are attached to the farm account, not owned by you as property, and may be reset.

6. Fair use of the farm

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer coins for trade or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. When the farm is open, and liability

The site comes “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. If something malfunctions, all plays and pays are void. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. Ontario law governs the farm

These terms fall under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in that province.
